How location affects an engagement

Honestly? Less than you’d expect. Workflow audits, build work and support all happen online, and most of our healthcare clients prefer video sessions because they’re easier to schedule around clinical operations. Where location does matter is discovery and go-live: walking the actual intake desk, sitting with the roster coordinator, watching how the referral really moves. For South East Queensland we do that on site as a matter of course; for Sydney, Melbourne and elsewhere we schedule focused on-site blocks at the points in the engagement where being in the room earns its airfare.
